For example with the mastering notes, instead of doing them on the day of the deadline, I thought instead of stressing out and worrying about getting it in on time I would do it the day before, so I had more time to get the track together and finish of the Evaluation notes. I had to make sure during this project that I kept on top of everything, due to it being a double unit. This is one thing that I think I have excelled at and I'm very pleased with it, because for some other assignments I have handed things in late and not received any feedback from it, therefore my grade has been compromised. Every deadline has been met handing most things in with time to spare. I met every deadline in this project, not once have I had to had in anything late so I don't receive feedback from my lecturers. I say this because when It came to recording we spent about 10 minutes trying to find out why the headphones weren't communicating with the desk, this could of been avoided if I had more comprehensive understanding of the studio. However a weakness of me working in a team could of been the amount of time i spent getting prepared for the recording, this could of been spent on more productive things such as making sure that I knew how the studio worked more efficiently. We all communicated effectively and made quick, well thought out decisions on the day making for a smooth recording and sticking within the allotted time frame to record. The same applies for how I managed the studio assistant (Jamie) and the performer (Jake) when the time came to record.

I was the producer on the track so it was my job to get everyone organised on their individual tasks, for Ryan as the studio engineer I gave him clear direct instruction on what to do how to set up Pro tools, before the session had even begun so I had the fullest of confidence in him when we went into the studio. A good example of when I worked well in a team was on the 9/5/14 when we worked as a team on my track to get the vocals recored for the track. Also I followed instruction well when I was working with other people. I gave good instruction when it was needed, prepared people when they needed some preparation.
